  • Items without original packaging

  • Customized or personalized products

Note: Returns must be shipped back within 3 days of approval.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days if eligible.

  • Approved Refunds: Issued in the form of cash.

  • Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item).

No Cash Refunds: Since we operate on a cash-on-delivery model, we do not issue monetary refunds. Instead, eligible refunds will be provided as store credit.
